A week gone by – so far, so good!
It’s been a little more than a week since I started my fitness regimen and I have seen some good results (lost 1.4 kg). It’s been ages since I last saw myself weigh under 80 kg. Now, that’s what I’m talkin’ about! Well, I have to ensure I keep following the regimen properly to obtain consistent results. By the way, I use a Tanita (UM-050) Body Fat Monitor/Scale and AccuFitness MyoTape to obtain my metrics. The first week has been a bit tiring (sore muscles), but I believe it’s just my body trying to get used to the new regimen.
