As I was using Azure CLI quite a bit to provision Azure resources, I developed a script to to provision Azure resources in bulk with data in CSV files. The column headings are the actual command-line parameters. So, you’d have to refer the Azure CLI commands for those column headings. Download azcreate and try it out.
